Policies
A handling fee is applied to every order, including orders with discounted items. A cancellation fee will apply to any order placed with a credit card and cancelled prior to the item being shipped. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the overall amount before the customer is refunded.
All Sales Are Final
Any order received will be packed and shipped within 14 business days unless customizations are requested, which may extend the timeframe. Storage fees may be applied if we are required to hold items. Our merchandise is fully inspected prior to shipment. Any return/exchange/cancellation must be agreed upon. If a cancellation is requested after the item(s) have already shipped, a 25% restocking charge may be added, and the customer is responsible for shipping charges if an item is required to be returned/cancelled. Any merchandise returned without prior authorization may be refused.
All orders that require special customization for specific client purposes are for final sale and may not be returned or cancelled.
When completing a purchase with the Long Island Statue Shop, the client is agreeing to these terms and conditions.
